Went to CIMB of UNIKEB branch in Bangi with Shidah today. We arrived around 13:45. Still a lot of people. I observed that this particular branch have 8 operation counters and a few desk counters. As "usual", only 3-4 counters are attended.
And I wonder, why the hell have 8 beautiful counters when you only "need" 4 to serve your customers? What a waste.
Oh, and Shidah completed her transaction at 14:30.

lg 4 kaunter tu utk kecemasan bile berlaku kebakaran dan sebagainye..
bare in mind, there will be renovations whenever this bank merged with some other banks.
bukankah lebih elok duit untuk renovation tu bagi interest kat account holder macam kita-kita nih, kan?
aku skang dah boycott cimb sejak atm card aku gagal mengeluarkan wang (walaupun bakinya beribu) dari segenap cawangan. nak tukar kad kena pau rm12. hangguk dia. maka tiap2 bulan aku akan transfer duit gaji aku ke bank cap kepala rimau yang belum pernah menghampakan aku lagi setakat ini.
kaunter kosong adalah untuk orang2 bunian... i always say, they shud shrink the size of the establishment and only put 1 kaunter so that kita boleh expect yg kerja diorang memang gerenti lambat nak mampus.
