WHERE DO YOU YOU BELONG?

Ever heard the word KASTA? It's a people status pyramid originated from India (if I'm not mistaken). It has a similar meaning with level, taraf etc etc. Some say this KASTA thing is no longer relevant in today's world. Kuno katanya. Is that really true? Let's see...

Why are there still reserved parking for higher-ranked people when all the others have to rumble for it everyday. To make things worse, the existing parking space is already limited and yet need to be reserved! The best part would be, these people who have reserved parkings are always late to the office (no worries mate!), sometimes never turn-up (their father own this company you know) and not all of them are really eligible to park under the reserved lot and that's a different story.

Why are the higher-ranked people gets the fastest internet/network connection when the lower-ranked people get the slower and always-disconnected line? Whereas these lower-ranked people are those who really needs it for their daily operation. The best part would be, the KASTA tinggi people will never get disconnected because they are using special lines. Maybe they are just too busy watching the company's stockmarket performance online. Hey! Bulls#!t I said.

Why does someone who's supposed to be lower-ranked than you have an individual office when you have to share one? And yet, this monkey get to shout to anyone she (notice that) like from her (again) room. Kau ingat kau siapa? Banyak besar ke? Sedarlah diri sikit.

Why does the higher-ranked people always get excused from whatever misconduct reasons being and they never get warned or taken action or what so ever? They can always do what they want, when they want it like it's their daddy's company. Are they so damn f***in' good? Are they the one who really build or sustain this company?

Where do you belong in the KASTA PYRAMID? Top? Middle? Bottom? No where? The question is: Do these kind of people really deserve to be treated as such or even placed at the high-ranked KASTA?
Siapa kata sistem KASTA adalah kuno dan tidak relevan lagi?

lorr.... masih Hindu lagi tempat ko tu ek?

abis, kalau majlis korban (penyembelihan) seperti yang dituntut oleh agama kita boleh disangkalkan pelaksanaannya (disuruh buat kat tempat lain) kerana "tidak menghormati" a really-really-really small group of "penyembah lembu", apa sangatlah maknanya untuk mereka adaptasikannya ke atas cara pengurusan syarikat.

NO OFFENSE, but this is a reality and it happenned in a Bumiputera Muslim company where majority of the staff is Muslim and not to mention the top man too. Yet, such decision was executed. Someone please explain that to me.

huh! ini sudah kes fening-fening di ofis..
i think it's a normal scenario in other offices kot..? there are 'reserved parking' allocated for kasta tinggi but only for the top level, not for the second or third level.. (acting position pon eligible ker..?)
anyway.. biasa la.. "kalau m3layu dpt pakai 'kot', camtu la slalunya.."

i think i can understand that "reserved parking" bit in most organizations. what i don't are those organizations with so-called "special toilets". i once went to a client's office and they had like "toilet" which is for everyone's use and "executive toilet" which apparently is meant for the managers. what's that all about? don't we all discharge or excrete our bodily wastes the same?

I have to agree with you on that one, especially the parking issue.

Oh well, since it's not 'kompeni bapak sendiri', what much can we do.

To quote an officemate, "nak buat camna Lynn, kita makan gaji..."

"peduli ape aku..makcik aku tealady xkecoh pon!!" aargghh...serabott!!

Redz, I have the 'executive toilet' in my office too. It's only for my GM-turned-VP.

Toilet tu tak share dengan orang, siap ada shower lagi tu.

I guess it's true what they say - "it gets lonely at the top". Masuk toilet pun takleh share, hahahaha...

There are 24 reserved parking bays (of course shaded you silly) for this higher kasta out of 108 bays (shaded & not shaded).
There are remaining 200 something staff (minus the 24) to rumble for the vacant 84 parking space everyday. Patut ke?
As mamabio said, is it necessary to allocate it for all the 24 kasta tinggi dan kasta tak berapa tinggi people? The very-very top people je sudahlah... which are like 6 people only. Besides, yang kasta tak berapa tinggi ni yang hidung terlebih-lebih tinggi sebenarnya.
Err.. am i complaining too much?

Lanatak diorg la bro. Kalu pegi jln2 KLCC ke, Midvalley ke, pandai plak kongsi toilet n cari parking sendirik
